First off, I must mention that I did not create this code. A couple of years ago, I had posted in GameFAQs asking if there was any way to disable friendly fire in 2-player mode in River City Ransom. Out of the blue, some poster by the name of "wolfgunblood" posted a game genie code that does just that.

Yeah I know, this was done two years ago and I even asked the guy if I could share the code but I never got around to it and I had forgotten all about it until I happened to stumble upon it again recently. So now I thought I'd finally submit this code on the code creator's behalf (I can safely confirm that the code does work). Am I allowed to do that? He did give me permission to "share it with the world".
