Mario Kart: Double Dash! NTSC-U code request

Hello all. This is my first forum post here at GameHacking, and I bear a relatively-odd request. I would like to find an AR/Gecko code to disable the ingame music and ONLY the music in the US version of Mario Kart: Double Dash. I have an odd habit of playing "classic" rock music in place of ingame soundtracks, and I was able to do that with MKDD in Dolphin until a recent revision put a stop to it. I cannot find a code to disable the music anywhere, and the game's volume slider is not suitable for what I'm trying to do here. Could someone be nice enough and humor a newbie?
