Request: The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages/Seasons - GBC palette on GBA

    I'm afraid this is a game specific feature as the Oracle series were released at the end of the GBC lifetime and Nintendo wanted to modify the game for the GBA owners. I don't think the code will be portable to different games.

    I just tried the code with VBA emulator and it keeps telling me that I'm using a wrong format of the GS code... Weird. But then I tried BGB emulator and the code works.

      VBA's cheat engine is outdated. That's why some codes don't work on it.

          My GBA SP I used is the classic NES case modded with an AGS-101 GBA SP.

          Looks like they lowered the contrast for the GBA SP since the screen is lit. I think the more washed out palette looks correct, but at least now you have a choice.

            Great to know it works. I'm sure someone will welcome the option turn the darker palette on.
