I was wondering: Could someone with enough skill somehow make an extractor that extracts the .ARC files and can rebuild them afterwards? I really need this to be done.

There are a few modders here that do things like reverse engineer game-specific file formats, but we're primarily a RAM-hacking community. I should probably remedy that by bringing together some more modding talent...
