Hello to all! I have problems with my GAME GENIE for SNES and GENESIS.
1 GENESIS: Inserted in the console and the LED of the GG it ignites,
but the GG does not load any image, the screen remains black. Not that it happened to him to the GG from a little while to another one.

2 SNES: The inserted thing in the console and loads perfectly. I enter codes that desire to use for the inserted game (I make sure to have codes of all the existing versions for this game) and beginning to play (but they work codes to me of a version I put those of the
other), but codes does not make effect (even though I enter codes of all the versions).

A time had commented him to hiro1112 on this back and it recommended that post to me here, that of insurance somebody could help me (I believe that DAMINMANCEJIN could do it)..

Genesis:
Damin mance has or had a real GG for testing. He may know about the issue.

SNES:
Tell me what game you're trying to use, and if the GG works for other games in that system, and finally, if you're using the newer SNES model, or the older model.

1 - The GG of SNES has not worked to me in any game even.

2 - I have proven it in all that I have (if it interests to know to
you mentions some: S. Castlevania IV, Castlevania: Dracula X, S. Mario

Mystical Ninja, Legend of Zelda: To Link To The Past, Mega Mna x & x2,
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Fighting Edition, UMK 3, Nosferatu,
Out Of This World, Prince of Persia, R-Type III The Third Lightning,
Spider-Man & Venom: Seperation Anxiety, Star Fo, Street Fighter Alpha
2, Super Adventure Island 2, Super Mario All Stars, Super Mario RPG:

3 - Also I have proven it in both models of the SNES and nothing.

I'm not sure, but aren't some of those older looking models actually game genie proof? I don't remember if anyone has ever said that. But I remember that I had a older model SNES, and I got 2 game genies mailed to me from a game store and neither one would work with my snes. I would put in the codes correctly with a number of games but they had no effect to my games.

I don't really know. I had a SNES game genie before and it worked perfectly.The look of the SNES I had looked to be an older model but perhaps some older models were made incompatible with Game Genie also.
