PCSXr90964 crashes after attempting to load any game

My settings are:

Plugin: P.E.Op.S. Soft Driver 1.1.17
Author: Pete Bernert and the P.E.Op.S. team

Resolution/Color:
- 720x576 Window mode
Stretch mode: 0
Dither mode: 0

Framerate:
- FPS limit: on
- Frame skipping: off
- FPS limit: 150.0

Misc:
- Scanlines: disabled
- Game fixes: off [00000000]

For input i am using the SmartaZ dinput jodriver 0.8

Cd is P.E.Op.S CDR driver 1.4

BIOS SCPH1001

Sound is P.E.Op.S all settings on fast.

This same exact settings I was using with EPSXE 1.8 and 1.9 and i could run games, why is this emulator crashing as soon as i tell it to load Digimon World 2 (U) And digimon world 2003 (E)

pcsxr give error? (if error, post the error message).
are you using cheats?

No error CTD, intel Dual core wolfdale E5800 3.20 ghz 2GB of DDR3 RAM and windows 7, Intel express G41 chipset

Tested your settings and CTD once again.

I wonder if it's because I am attempting to directly run the game from the .iso file?

did you try other game besides digimon games?

not the eboot but i do use the bin/cue and no, I only want to emulate to those two games because otherwise they are a pain in the ass due to slow gameplay

yu gi oh forbidden memories CTD
Xenogears CD 1 and CD2 CTD.

with that all four psone games I have on hand at the moment give me a CTD.

I did install the microsoft visual c++ 2010

And i have directx latest versions too.

either because i copied my plugins folder from epsxe and it's somehow interfering or because i am using a SVN.

well there is your problem you cant use epsxe 1.8.0 or higher plugins on pcsxr

please use pcsxr default plugins

Ok, thanks problem fixed, btw do you know if there is a pre compiled cheat pack for PCSXr?

Edit, great the game now crashed once i entered a battle.

Unfortunately, PCSXr doesnt have cheat pack,

but GH DB can output cheat file per games

*sigh* thanks, oh and the crash seems it was a random thing has not happened again.
