Destruction Derby PS1 - Play with any CPU car !

Hey there,

I know those of you who were fan of the very first Destruction Derby (like me) were very frustrated to not be able to have the awesome CPU cars skins.
Well, this day has come
I've just made GameShark codes for NTSC-U PS1 version of the game, for each CPU.
What the code does is swapping your texture with the CPU car you want to use.
The code works with any game mode and track. The roof of your car (showing your division, either white, yellow, red, blue or black) is also working depending on the division you're in.

There are only 2 little issues I've not fixed yet (I'm tired now):
- The the far LOD texture will still be the original one. This is only noticable when the CPU car is far away, awsell as in the replays. But hey, better that than nothing
- The other "issue" are the polygons going out of the cars on collision will still have the original texture. Not a real deal either.

I'll work on the same codes for Destruction Derby 2. I know it's been requested even more than DD1.
