Need Help with Intellivision emulator Bliss

I put the rom in and pushed the start button and it just sits there. I have pushed every button on my keyboard and the game still won't start. I pushed one button and a number 3 popped up then i tried to press start it disappeared as you can see in the pics uploaded Can someone help me with this problem?

I guessing it's waiting for an input from you. You'll need to configure the input. Read the directions. It should either tell you what the default keys (or joypad buttons) are, or it will tell you how to configure it the way you want.
