Ps2sdk, I don't have SMF2SQ.exe from SCE

I can't find the tools provided by SCE in my ps2sdk.
The tools are these:
1. SMF2SQ, converts a standard midi file to sq
2. The JAM tools from SCE is authoring tools

My OS is:
Windows xp

This is the official Sony PS2 SDK.
I got no tools in mine. It seems the older versions of PS2 SDK has tools not included in the latest version.
The first version of PS2SDK was released between 2000/2001. The version i got is wrong.

I don't think we'll be able to help you.

Those are licensed tools. Sony would be the best contact for the information you require...and if we're talking about an unlicensed copy of licensed software, we're not touching that with a ten foot pole on our open-to-the-public forums, where Sony could easily identify our participation and launch a lawsuit or other negative action.
