where is lib cheats ??

im trying to install the ps2rd, i already got libconfig, but i cant find the download link for lib cheats, can anyone please tell me where i can download libcheats ?

It's actually part of the ps2rd sources. Read the INSTALL file.

can you be a little more specific because i checked every part of the ps2rd and i checked the ps2sdk i found no lib cheats.

The library is in the folder common/libcheats/

$ cd common/libcheats/
$ make -f Makefile.PS2
# make -f Makefile.PS2 install

misfire when i downloaded the ps2rd there was no common folder thyere was only a doc folder , pc folder and a ps2 folder the common folder was no where to be found when i downloaded the ps2rd, is this common folder in another download ?

You're talking about the release package which includes binaries and documentation, but no source code. libcheats is already compiled into the ELF.

YES THANK YOU I HAVE LIB CHEATS THANK YOU,but which is easier to use though the source code version or binaries version ? By the way i do i still need to download libconfig or is it already in the source code ps2rd ?
