After hours of searching for a Heart Gold Pokemon level modifier for trainers (Not wild Pokemon) I have come to avail and have not been able to find one. Specifically, I am looking for a way to modify every opponent trainer's Pokemon level to 100 (Not my own Pokemon). There was a Pokemon Crystal Code for changing opposing trainer's Pokemon level, but not in Heart Gold or Soul Silver. Would be a big help if someone could help me out.
Again I am requesting if someone knows how to modify all of the opposing trainer's Pokemon level, to specifically level 100. (All trainer's Pokemon to be set at 100, Not my own Pokemon)
