make wii cheat codes without usb gecko

Ok what I wunt is to make my own cheat codes on d wii since a lot off the cheats that I've downloaded don't work, so is there an alternitive for usb gecko or if its posible to look up codes for an emulator(dolphin) with tsearch or other software n convert that raw code into a gecko code. Hope someone can help n srry if I wrote something wrong

ok i finally found some cheats on dolphin searching with the P.A.R cheat searcher, but 1 of em when i close my emu n turn it back on the code changes. i already found like 5 diferent codes for d same cheat

I have never done coding on Wii, but this sounds like a pointer code...if Wii has pointer codes I would search for a pointer tool (or maybe Wii has an alternative way of doing this).
