CMF, CWCheat, NitePR and TempAR are all basically the same, design-wise--they allow you to search for codes in a game's memory, store them in some type of list format, and a couple of them even allow you to peek at the game's memory in (relative) real time (it "freezes" the game while you're viewing the memory, though).

What version of custom firmware you have is irrelevant to the cheat device. They all (for the most part) work on any CFW (or LCFW), with one very bizarre exception: FreeCheat, a variant of CMF, does NOT work on PSP Go, no matter what CFW you have installed on it.
