It doesn't seem to be working, I tried using it but I still encounter enemies (both on the world map and in the field areas as well) so I guess you could say I'm requesting for someone to make a (working) "no encounter" code for me.

Looks like you need to press Select and Up to activate and Select Down to deactivate.
