CMP Database/Tools/Guids

Since GSHI and CMP are Sister sites .. (We play nice togeather :P)
i thought the users that dont know about the Mainly Ps2 Database would like to know about it

this is a WIP as in alot of things are not up yet .. Guides are Half all the tools are not up .. and not all codes are up that have been hacked on the CMP site .. But im working on it ..
