3DS Code Requests???

Anyone know if I could request cheat codes (Gateway, CTRPF, etc.) for the 3DS here? If not, where can I make requests??? Thanks!

Ok, I'm just gonna go ahead and ask:

This is for Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes (v 2.1.0)
Can anyone make the following code into a code you can turn on and off? I'm having issues with it in sections where you need to use a weapon (ex. Boomerang) on any of the Links, and the weapon goes right through them. I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
