yesterday I used a code in Blades of Time normally but today I tried to activate it and it doesn't work, it just doesn't work, it doesn't lock the PS3 or anything, it just doesn't work, I also noticed that artemis now takes more than 20 minutes to enter on the cheat list but yesterday it was normal

That is certainly very odd.
Personally, I don't like artemis - so I don't use it.
I recommend removing/uninstalling it, and using netcheatps3 instead. You will need to find the .ncl files themselves (which artemis has integrated inside their code) if you go that route, but they are definitely around (github, this site etc.)
Otherwise, first step would be to uninstall artemis completely, and reinstall it to see if that does anything.
