When dealing with PS3 (artemis, almost exclusively) codes, it is important to remember a few things.

First, you must find codes for YOUR game. This is NOT done by using the title, but by using the gameID which can be found in the param.sfo and disc.sfb files on the disc (or in the psn pkg) itself. The general format is 4 letters, followed by 5 numbers (for example, "BLUS30389")

Once you have found codes for your game (by gameID, NOT title), you ALSO need to make sure they are for the right specific version of the game you are running.

Every time you update the game, with a dlc/patch or anything else, you are potentially (usually) changing the codes that work for it too. Once again, in the param.sfo of the update/dlc you can find the version of the game that you are running. Example gameID = BLUS30389, and game version = 1.01.

In artemis there should be both the gameID and the game version explicitly specified when you select the codes, and they ought to match the copy you are running exactly.

It is not impossible that codes developed for other regions or other versions of the game could still work (you may try, and possibly get lucky), but it is unlikely.

As suggested above by MasterGrand, if you are doing this on a PC with a ps3 emulator - you may use cheatengine or another similar ram hacking tool to create codes yourself. If you are on the PS3, then you can use netcheatps3 to do the same thing.
