Any cheat databases?

I'd like a cheat database for nintendo ds. I'll be using R4 SDHC. I'm hoping for a website that don't make you register to download stuff. I don't need one with 3ds stuff on it.

You download the attachment, extract the content in the rar, and place it in your cheats folder.

or
use r4cce to convert the database.

I clicked that. Then I had to register an accoutn for a website I don't plan to use. Then I clicked this:

From there I clicked:


Download :

DS-Scene_Rom_Tool_v1.0_build_1100_Pack.rar

From there it said:

Thanks, and where am I supposed to get it? Before saying where try the link for yourself. I want the 2014 version.
