USB reading problems with letterbomb

I am very new to hacking a system. I installed Letterbomb on my Wii with no problems. I downloaded games with the wbfs file type, formatted my stick drive to NTFS, and transfered the files to the stick drive. The Wii is not picking up the stick drive/finding the games. Pacostaco was the file uploader user. Did I not format the drive to the correct type or do I need to switch the files to iso and then use Wii backup manager to covert back to wbfs files? I tried both usb readers that come with letterbomb. Getting frustrated. Thanks for the help!

Keep in mind that I don't know anything about this, I don't have a Wii, and I haven't talked to Marcan in years. Those two threads should help you out.
