How do i convert my PSP savefiles to Espxe format?

I managed to get digimon world 2003 to run on my psp after much suffering, however i am on the slowest and most boring sections of the game and i wanted to know how could i convert my file to .mcr format? i have Memcardrex 1.6 but unlike the claims i read it does not supports epsxe format.

Also how do i set up epsxe to use cheats?

cwcheat can import and export psp's ps1 card to .mcr file

if epsxe 1.9.0 is like pcsxr uses cht file

Yeah epsxe 1.9.0 but i dint found much about the cheat option, so i can use the same popscheat file?

I am moving to the emulator you recommended me, PEC is giving a thousand of problems.
