Can anyone try to make codes for this Hack, The Sonic Codes doesn't work

Enable Debug and Level Select
Don't Lose Rings

You'll have to be more specific, Retro. What game in the Sonic series (Sonic 1, 2, 3, S&K) was used to make this rom, or do you know?

If you could give me the exact name of the rom, I could probably find a site which hosts the rom (there are TONS of rom sites with Genesis roms), and attempt to hack CWCheat codes using TempAR on my PSP Go and a PSP-based Genesis emulator. The "Rings worth 8" and "Don't Lose Rings" I could probably do, but the "Enable Debug and Level Select" is a little out of my league.
