If emulation is your thing, any Android based device you own is about to be gifted 128-bits of power! Sega Dreamcast classics such as Sonic Adventure, Power Stone and more are now playable through a Google Play App known as Reicast.
As we've said over and over again, retro gaming fans should ensure they own at least one Android system as the wealth of emulators and on-going developments are something you don't want to miss.
Reicast, now joining the likes of PPSSPP (PlayStation Portable) and DraStic (Nintendo DS), goes on to prove how much power can be sat within your pocket - along with several thousand of your favorite titles.
Reicast, at least going by our initial tests and watching YouTube videos, seems to provide near-full speed emulation of plenty of Dreamcast titles in impressive fashion. Furthermore, the emulator seems compatible with hardware based controls, allowing you get a tighter grip on your gameplay without relying on touch screens.
Be sure to keep an eye on Reicast, as this early version is most likely only a snippet of what's to come.
