Rapidfire on Twisted Metal 2 (PC)

I am trying to use psx gameshark codes on Twisted Metal 2 PC version.

To unlock darktooth , I had to change some values in the save game slot in windows registry but now I can't figure out how to use other gameshark codes such as rapidfire code.

Code of Darktooth : 8003434A 0E0E (thanks to gamehacking forum and the people)

I used "0E" and Darktooth replaced Spectre. please help

no sir , this is PC version.

The game save file of Twisted Metal 2 PC only saves "Lives" , "Levels" and "characters". I am able to change the all three stuffs but I could not modify weapons. I was wondering how could I add memory address and codes in windows registry to change "weapons".
your thoughts and hints will be highly appreciated.

I wouldn't even bother with save edits I would use a program like cheat engine to hack the codes you want. More than likely the game uses pointers so either ASM or pointer codes would be needed. Best person to ask for help would be Abystus for a cheat engine cheat table.

thanks for your reply Helder I read some old tutorials of GameHacking ..they all instructed the same thing you suggested me. and I reckon I am all set to solve my problem but still Abystus precious experiences will be fruitful to me. thanks again.

thanks to Helder, Rapidfire hack for Twisted Metal 2 PC as well as Twisted Metal 2 Psx worked.
1. I started my search with 0 and set the value type to 2 bytes.
2. I fired a missile and paused the game and did an increased value search.
3. I let missile go far away from the vehicle so that the timer get reset and hit a decreased value search.
4. I followed steps 2-3 several times until I got few possibilities.
5. the final value was 0 so I changed it to a negative value and it worked.
