This is my first savegame editor I created in December 2009. It's not completed entirely because I'm a lazy GUI programmer
But at least the basic editing of stats and inventory are finished, although the GUI sucks. I hate GUI programming
The latest version is 0.65, no password is required.

Here's a brief description of the game from wikipedia:

The game is completely translated by the guys in Seiha forum. I heard there's a way to customize the game like adding new characters, new battles, etc. Check the forum for more information.

Here's a brief description of the game from wikipedia:
Battle Moon Wars (バトルムーンウォーズ銀 Batorumuunwaazushirogane?), or known as Battle Moon Wars銀, is a PC-made series of Super deformed Tactical RPGs created by Dojin soft developer and publisher Werk in 2005. Its popularity in Japan has given rise to a number of Battle Moon Wars games. The series has a basic similarity to the Super Robot Wars series and its Super deformed looks, as well as taking its crossover concept.
The game uses the crossover of Type-Moon's visual novel and anime series, including Tsukihime and Fate/stay night with several original characters made exclusive by Werk. Their involvement in the series are covered as Acts.
The game is completely translated, with the story content and interface all translated to English.[1]
