The only one I know of is Game Gaurdian (recently removed from the market place), and can be found at the developer's site here.

I recently bought an android tablet. Will they work on that too, or just phones?

I haven't tried them on my Galaxy Tab, as I haven't rooted it (and probably won't). I assume they'll work fine, but they may have issues stretching to a large screen size, as some Android apps do.

There are others... creehack, sc game hacker.

Game CIH has not worked in years I think. Dont even try that one.
