What is the best cheat code software or downloads for zsnes,nestopia or pSX v1.13 emulators?

I fixed it for you, and cheatengine and artmoney are 2 great cheat tools but if you are into some serious and advanced hacking use cheatengine since it has more advance features.

helder is right, Besides searching for a changed value only takes a single click with cheat engine, one thing to note is that 5.6.1(the one I use for hacking emulators) was the last version that would let you add the entire list of codes you found in the left pane to the code list, My vote goes to cheat engine, Also you won't get all of artmoney's features without purchasing it.
