  • Question about hacking devices I'm not familiar with

I was on Ebay looking to buy some other hacking devices for various systems & came across two that I never heard of:

    1. Game Enhancer for the PS1: Looks very similar to the early versions of the Gameshark.

    2. Gold Finger 2-in-1: I'm not sure which system it goes to. One of the pieces has GB, but the port looks like it goes to the PS1.

Anyone know about any of these devices? I didn't want to buy them only to find that they are useless.
Hacking games is always fun because you don't know what's hidden in the game.

    they are knock-off devices

    1. Game Enhancer is knock-off of Action Replay

2A. Gold Finger is Chinese knock-off of Action Replay

    2B. GB Hunter is Gameboy (mono/color) player/emulator for PS1

      Thanks for clearing that up.

Do they practically use the same code format or does it differ from the Action Replay?

they usually use same layout and input same as Action Replay/GameShark (see link in post above),

if you referring to codes they properly do not support legit AR/GS v2.2 or higher codes(type).
