Castlevania Hacks

I have checked out alot of Castlevania Rom hacks and realized most are half finished. One rom was called Castlevania remix i played through it and all enemies and bosses were different up to level 5. why don't they hack the rest? It looks rather dumb with updated graphics them switch to the regular again. I'm not a hacker but I included what the last boss should look like if it was hacked.

Uh yeah I never saw that coming.But why rom hacking? Rom hacking has nothing to do with cheat hacking.

Don't worry I'm not uploading any roms I did a palette switch on the last Boss I noticed his eyes have pupils now I also fixed the candles,fireballs,Bats and Dracula's amulet.
all the pink color was removed.
