Brother you Tekken (PAL) cheat does not work for my epsxe 1.5.2 in which i'm using a 40 MB iso file,
if a minimize my emulator then it can not be maximised again, tell me another method and emulator

Probably not the same version of the game, not PAL version.
Cheats for NTSC-USA (SLUS-00402) already on the ArtMoney.ru (RMB - "save as" on the Tekken 3 (NTSC-US).amt: http://www.artmoney.ru/et_sony_4.htm
I can do cheats for NTSC-JP (SLPS-01300) version.
PSX CD/CD image file contains the PSX-EXE, in the name of which contains a serial number, like this:

If You are using the ISO image of the game, mount it on a virtual drive with Alcohol 120, Daemon Tools etc.
If Yo use CD in CD-DVD drive, then just open it in Windows Explorer.
Write here your serial number, and I make cheats for it

In this video I use ePSXe 1.6.0. You can use ePSXe 1.7.0, 1.5.2, 1.5.1, 1.5.0, pSX 1.13 - 1.7, PCSX, PCSX-Reloaded, PCSX-ReRecording, Xebra, CVGS, PSXjin, and AdriPSX. ArtMoney can select emulator from database (am738.emul) automatically when loading of ArtMoney table.
