I made a Super Castlevania IV hack where I changed the HUD, font, Simon sprite, and item/weapon icons to be more similar to CV1. I guess it's the first Super CV IV hack.

I like the effort put into it, but I hate to burst your bubble, Math: there have been other Super Castlevania IV hacks in the past. Yours, however, may be the first "throwback" hack (that is, giving it NES Castlevania-style sprites).
