Nice code, but does it work like..."When Sonic is hit, he can still lose rings, but his current ring count won't decrease" or "When Sonic is hit, he won't lose any rings at all" ? I'm asking because I'm thinking about accomplishing the same thing in Sonic Advance.
I only bother with things that interest me.

Yeah it does the same thing as AWXT-CA4C, you will still see the rings come out but the ring count doesn't decrease.
The only thing I dislike about this is that the codes have to be byte swapped to work.

                          2 examples:
                          Genesis/MD = 31FC-6004
                          PS2 RAM = FC31-0460

I will probably port more codes later.

Alright, cool. I made a similar code for Sonic Advance so I'll post it in my thread.

Because of Little-Endian and Big-Endian issues
                              aka reverse byte ordering
affect all sega genesis emulator including pc ones

I wonder I can find a pointer to rom file

True, but byte swap little to big or vice versa is very slow on Hex Workshop.
Hey lee4, if you want to add any of my codes to CMP, feel free.
