Parasite eve II (NTSC U/C) question/ request

When I start up the game, at the beginning sequence right after the start screen, the game seems to freeze. I was wondering if the freeze could be related to the opening movie? If so, can I request a code to skip the movies, or a code that some way makes them play without freezing my game?

Suikoden 2 half random battles

I would like to stream Suikoden 2, but the random battles wind up taking a lot of time. I would like to increase experience by 2 and half the amount of random battles. All the codes I'm seeing are for no random battles.

If anyone can make a code to half the amount of random battles, it would be greatly appreciated!

PS1 Final fantasy VIII...

I, & several friends can't get the "a true Land Highwind Anywhere" code to work on emulators. Can you correct this? (I no longer have any capacity to hack PS1 coses.)

Some other nice codes would be "Breed newly-caught or newly-captured chocobos without racing them or fighting any battles."

I made a code for Zelda II - The Adventure Of Link, to see the ending at the start of the level, but the palette is wrong. I've tried to solve the problem for a very long time but can't seem to solve it. Maybe you could have a look? Something odd is that if you defeat the game normally and then try the code it will be the correct background, even if you reset the game, and in fceux even if you powercykle (which has to be a bug of some kind I guess). This is the code:
