Notes:
1. This code will change the mechanics of the entire game.
2. Unlike the code for Tag Force 6, the Tag Force Special code will also divide XYZ & Tuner Monsters.
3. All 1 Lv monsters will be turned into "No Level" Monsters or "Zero Level". 1/2 = 0.5
4. "No Level" XYZ & Turner monsters will be broken. You will manually have to change them to a higher level to use them properly.
5. The AI is smart enough to take advantage of this code. But, has better stability than manually changing the monsters.
6. There are monsters that have specific summoning requirements, this code shouldn't effect those requirements.
7. Pendulum & Nanobreaker, and lots of other cards become OP.

pretty much allows you to special summon pretty much summon 95% of all the monsters even ones with restrictions(except fusions, synchros and xyz). but some monsters you cant summon monsters like Zushin the sleeping giant, blue eyes shining dragon and sorcerer of dark magic.

you can also use this code to activate spells and traps from your hand like the virus cards with out restrictions. also using this with the spell card limit overdrive allows you to summon ALL synchro monsters for free.
