  • SNES Galaxy Robo (J)

Took a little time to start cracking codes for this game, but I've got it started. Thanx to Dynamic Designs for making an excellent English patch for this game.

It's not in the database, BTW, so could a chronicler please add it?(Add the codes if you wish, or I can in a few days.) (Far as I know, there's no alternate name for this game.)

So far, I've done codes only for Chapter 1. I'll post others as I make'em. I'll watch for codes for earlier chars to also affect new chars in further chapters, as happens in Genesis Shining Force games & alert the readership if that's the case.

Anyone else wanting to make codes for this game, please feel free to jump in!

    Without further ado:

(Note 1: using a value higher than 125, 7D hexadecimal, will cause that character to perish with one hit. So far, with the value at 7D, the chars have been invincible.)

(Note 2: The Experience total will always read 164, and that char will gain a level after each turn that scores any Exp. Setting the value much higher will prevent that char from gaining any levels.)

      Here's the game's page:

If the codes work with the original Japanese version, then no need to post them on the translated version, which is the link Lee posted.

        Thanx, Lee & Rey.

For anyone else working on this game...I found that when going to a new chapter(not a scenario within a chapter) that I had to de-activate all codes for characters not found in the new chapter. In other words, use codes only for the chars found within a given chapter.

I'm not gonna enter any codes in the database until I test all of them to make sure they all work properly.

I haven't abandoned working on this game...I've been busy the last several days, 41st wedding anniversary, both grandsons' birthdays, "sitting' my son's Siberian Husky, etc. More news on this game soon!

Anyone else wanting to jump in, feel free to do so! I make codes solely for the enjoyment of all, and don't care if someone else takes over any project i'm doing.

            Congrats Phil!

By the way, all those codes you make, you don't add them to the site? I don't see these ones added.

I've not had time to thoroughly check'em for glitches, etc. and I don't add codes until I've played the game through several times with'em. I always hated to play a game 4/5 the way thru, & had it freeze unsaved due to a defective code.
