Secret of Evermore, USA (SNES, RAW)

All Animations Faster (Bazooka recoil is greatly reduced, all weapon attacks happen faster, and enemies attack faster as well.)
    908103:80

Increased Movement Speed (Increases speed 2x to 3x. The second line of code eliminates the cap on movement speed)
    908675:EA

No Charge Bazooka (Can fire bazooka without having charge meter to 100%)
    9082E4:00

Romance of the Three Kingdoms II, USA (SNES, RAW)
    Always Merchants Available
    06873A:A4

Messengers are Caught Less Often (They can't be captured while travelling through provinces, although they can still be captured at the destination province. This code should be active from the start of the game.)
    04EC486

Officers Do Not Die from Falling Stars (This code should be active when you load the game)
    04A0196

Officers Do Not Die from Falling Stars (Turn this code off after using)
    7E924D6

Romance of the Three Kingdoms IV, USA (SNES, RAW)
Duplicate Items (Items given to suboordinates will not be removed from ruler's inventory. As a side-effect, often the officer will gain all items).
    D38F18:05
    D38F1E:05

Can Search for Items that Have Already Been Found (Finding an item this way will take it from whoever had it last)

      Betrayal Always Works
      05ED6F:41

      Unlimited Officer Actions Per Month
      7E8108:60 (turn off before battle)
      or
04BA7E:60 (activate before the title screen)

      Advisors Always Correct
      7E8173:A0 (turn off before battle)
      or
      04BAE9:A0 (activate before title screen)

I recently finished making a script interpreter for this game that translates all the bytecode to a readable format. It makes it a lot easier to find cheats.

        Disable AI Outside of Battle
        05A5C4:CF

With this, enemy rulers are sitting ducks. They will never hire or train their soldiers, or do pretty much anything outside of combat.

Don't try to capture an officer in an empty province, it will freeze the game. Best to use this with the code that forces AI to ignore the messenger).

I actually wasn't aware that this game was listed for unhacked/impossible codes. I can understand why though. I just double checked to compare the NES version to the SNES version, and it uses the same scripting language (and thus quite a bit of identical "code"). Over 90% of this game's code is software-interpreted bytecode. It appears that several old Koei games use this same scripting language, which I've managed to nearly completely decipher. I know Gemfire uses it as well. To test, I decided to find an analog for one of my SNES codes in the NES version.

Romance of the Three Kingdoms II, USA (NES, RAW)
Sell Rice Command Doubles Gold and Rice:
                AA3E?BB2
                AA48?BC2

For those interested in the scripting language, you can see what the interpreted code looks like for the SNES version here:
                https://www.dropbox.com/s/889nbq80aj...abels.txt?dl=0
The beginning of the file is a disassembly of the game's engine, and most of the rest is script. I've been developing my own tools for getting this kind of output from a modified version of bsnes-plus. Unfortunately my tools don't work for NES games, but given the similarity between the NES/SNES versions, it shouldn't be too hard to just search for similar strings of bytecode.

The question marks are for the comparison value for an NES cheat. So for A9B4?D8:A4, it only changes the value at address $A9B4 to A4 if it was previously D8. I just copied the format for some of the other raw NES codes on the site (although most of the codes here have been converted to encrypted form first).

Those are not raw codes those are unencrypted game genie codes raw codes deal with RAM 0000-7FFF.
Commonly ROM Codes are in the range of 8000-FFFF

Actually I'm slightly wrong raw just means unencrypted
So those are raw cheat but they are unencrypted game genie codes
