Strange NES Codes

I was looking at cheats for NES - Majin Eiyuu Den Wataru Gaiden (J) when I came across these codes I don't know what they are or how you use them what are they.

Edit: I wasn't clear I think I get what they are but I don't know of any emulator that lets you put in such codes. How do you use them.

they are RAM codes shorten them a bit by removing the first two 0's to use in emulators like fceuxdsp

I was thinking they were either Raw or Pro Action Replay codes, so that clears things up I was reading some where on here about remove the 0's I think my problem was I use Fceu but I have FCEUMM The latest buggy version.. Thank You..
