IMO(As I used to run a Game Hacking Forum) I think you should add more Section's to do with Hacks, Like MMORPG Hacks, FPS Hacks, Coding Sections where people can learn how to Code.
It make's the Forum more Active.

Also add more Vbulletin Plugins.

p.s Might start a new Forum again.

Not sure that would help all that much as most of the hacks made here are for retro systems (mainly NES, SNES, Genesis, GBA, etc...). There is no real sense in breaking retro up into separate sections when all seems fine as one main section (nor are there enough hackers to spread). There is already a section called School of Hacking which covers any hack you would like to learn (by just asking), though I'm sure any coding questions could be answered in Research & Development (I believe they already have been). Very few of us venture beyond retro, but for those systems (outside of PC) there is a section called Current Generation Hacking. PC is off by its lonesome in Miscellaneous Game Hacking which also covers any other systems that are not console based. I believe if the scene were more active then your design might be viewed as necessary, but since it isn't, I'm sure it's best left as is.
