I copied all the codes from Final Fantasy Chronicles IV to the 1.1 version http://gamehacking.org/?game=113130 and all codes went fine but the Groups don't show the names. If we try to edit them the original names are there but won't show when viewing them normally.

rimsky82, seems you didn't read this topic at all. A little than a month ago I was moved some codes for Super Mario Bros. 2 for NES to their proper version and I also was encountered with same issue noted by Helder above.
In fact, more than a 2 months after reporting this issue is still not fixed!
