Issues with Viewing Styles

Today I found this both code page Viewing Styles (Full / Simple) for pages with codes for games doesn't show some information. For example, I gives "Super Mario All-Stars" for SNES http://gamehacking.org/?game=44852.

1. When on Page setting is chosen "Full" as Viewing Style, I can view the subcategories if they're available for corresponding game, but then I can't view notes for codes provided by their author that appears on the other viewing style "Simple".
2. When on Page setting as Viewing Style is chosen "Simple", I can see notes for codes provided by their author, but then I can't see the subcategories (if they're available for corresponding game) that appears on the other viewing style "Full".

@rimsky82, you can fix this?

In the Full View, you can view notes by clicking the down arrow "V" on the cheat you want to view notes for.

In the Simple View, the category is listed on the far left column. "Top" means it's not in a subcategory. I did this to keep it simple, thus calling it the simple view.
