I found a bug on this site regarding this rule.

I already asked OldSchoolGamer this question but he don't know why that username with zero post can still survive up till now even though this rule is already implemented.

There's probably an issue with the pruning system or maybe that user posted, but his post got deleted so it confused the system.

Hello, why some of the members with zero posts were not deleted?

Interesting; there were 245 users with zero posts that registered earlier than one week ago. I've no idea why these escaped the auto-prune. Presumably, they posted once but their posts were deleted, which throws off the stats, as Demonic722 mentioned above.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention; I've deleted these users (many of them were spam accounts, about a third of which went back all the way to the original GSC<>GSHI "war").
