Tools section broken!?

It has come to my attention that all the download links in the Tools section go to a 404 Error page.

Ah; looks like I did that during one of my recent cleanups. There was a huge amount of useless stuff floating around, and the folder containing EnHacklopedia's tools, named "eh", probably got scooped up with the other stuff.

I grabbed copies of it all rather than just deleting it, so I'll upload it a little later. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

OK; the directory has been restored. Let me know if anything else is obviously missing.

Actually a member mentioned one of the downloads wasn't working so I decided to look for myself and all weren't working. I will check to see if there are any more dead links.
