No "Visitors Messages" in user profile

Today for any unknown reason in @Demonic722's page profile, "Visitors Messages" tab is disappear completely. I verified several other forum's users - @Hybrid, @ReyVGM, @daminmancejin and my own profile - on all of them all 4 tabs Visitors Messages, About Me, Friends and Post Thanks / Like appears. But on @Demonic722's profile I get all tabs except Visitors Messages. I was wanted to ask him about some codes in database, but when I finished message and click on "Post Message" button, I got a error message for disabled access and I unable to post anything anymore in @Demonic722's profile because there is no Visitors Messages tab in his profile. I'm logout from my account, but with no effect. That means @Demonic722 is disabled any messages by me in his profile, or there is any bug in forum?

I've disabled the Visitor Messages on my profile, but feel free to send me a PM if you have any other questions or concerns. It isn't a forum bug, it's a user option/preference.
