Well, as I peruse the forum, certain buttons are apparently not correctly linked to the button images that are supposed to accompany them. Or, these images may not exist on the server. Whatever the case, if someone is willing to solve the issue, I am willing to compile a list of the buttons that are apparently incorrectly configured.
