Usergroup Cleanup

I'm cleaning out a bunch of usergroups, because they'll need a lot of attention in the future, with this forum's setup. You can use the titles still, they just don't need to be mucking up the permissions system.

To enable someone to access the Speakeasy, check the 'Mature' checkbox in their user settings, and send them the password. The password may be removed fairly shortly, if the Permission settings prove correct.
