In the last few weeks I have lost my privileges to thank and like posts by other members. I feel like thanking and liking posts brings a lot of attention to well written posts. In my opinion I feel like taking away permissions from existing users who have proven to be good members, limits the community and the social aspect of sharing knowledge. In the future It would be nice to see these permissions reinstated. I would also like to say that I am a also a developer that really likes this community and would like to help out. If the admins ever need a hand in adding features to the website I would like to say I would be more then willing to help out.

We didn't intentionally take away the thank/like system from regular users. It must have occurred when we updated our method for handling new users. We will look into fixing this.I only bother with things that interest me. -
