This page has PAR codes for Terminator CD and I'd like to generate a cheat file for Gens. Gens for Wii allows the use of PAR codes on Sega cd so can Gens be supported for Sega CD codes?

Genesis Plus GX only support cheat codes are in Genesis ROM and Genesis RAM (codes starts FF)
NO CD RAM access (codes starts 00)

your Terminator codes still uses Genesis RAM.

Yes, but we should be able to make cheat files for those games that use Genesis RAM.
