How do I add someone else's codes?

I want to add a code that someone else made, but he is not a member here. I can only see a list of available members. Is there an option in the database where I could type the contributors name?

Adding new hackers is a feature only provided to Administrators. If he's still around, we should ask for his consent before adding his codes.

Edit: If you got his permission, post his username here and we'll add him to the list.
