Microsoft is currently in talks with Amazon to sell off its XBox division, according to "industry insider" Pete Dodd.
Dodd posted the following string of messages on Twitter, claiming the current "scuttlebutt" is that the mega online retailer may end up acquiring the Big M's gaming arm.
Why should we trust this guy? He's offered up some reliable information in the past, so he definitely has friends in the know. That said, I wouldn't put too much stock in this report, as a sale of this magnitude (even if talks are in the works) is contingent on so many variables.
