Does anyone know where I can watch this movie uncut without actually downloading it to the "public library pc" I constantly use, kinda-like "putfile.com"'s video upload system. My problem is their 25 mb limit.

About the only thing I can think of, would be to either find or have made a stream type version, or one that's smaller than 25 MB. The problem I can see with that, is that to really stream it, somebody'd have to reencode it to something like quicktime or wmv. -

Well, I can and do understand wanting to see this movie, do not get me wrong, somewhat good movie, but to me at times the whole FF7 story is abit over-rated in today's times... Cloud is 'everywhere' on FF7 of corse, FFtacktics even and other FF games, even Kingdom Hearst (all of those) and even now the FF7 woruld will not stop.... all the other 'FF7-2' games and this movie even comming out.)
Again is good, and I want to see it too and own it, but still abit too much 'hype' here Square soft...it is not end all end all. Besides, I believe FF6 (American SNES FF3) is and was a much better story, with betetr characters otherwise also. That is the one they should 're-make' and brong all types of stuff and mess out for really, I would say, but again just my opinions.
Anywya as far as this movie, I can and do understand wanting to see it, I do as well, not going to buy a Japanese version, I do HATE that subtitle crap, read along while they scream you head off in mess you cannot even udnerstand, so I like most am awaiting the US release.
So with that release comming really soon, by that time really, I would saya nd hope you'd have it via US release and be ratehr happy with it that way.
I mean well yes I love downloading movies and mess from the net as well, but it again is not all that like it used to be back in the good early days, the stuff then you downloaded was ONLY downloadible and not on no DVD or such, now everything even this FF7 movie will be on American DVD soon enough, plus buying DVDs is much better then downloads these days also, buying it, you buy the package, the art, the little extra inserts, and sometimes 'extra' goodies if you pre-order and mess like that. You download it, well you get it, if it is not bugged as they do alot of mess these days, anything from nasty virusses to movies and music you download only to have the singer saying and 'singing' do not ripp me off (stupid mess) And then you have to save it, and have it backed up or well you lose it, and back ups are not cheap, well a CDR CDRW or DVDR DVDRW are not at all costly, but once you get into backing up...those discs get to be alot heh.
Anywya as is sayinf,t eh movie comes to DVD US wise April 25th 2006, and that is like two months, it is just Marcah and it is the end of the next month, so more like two months then just one, but still that time should go by ratehr fast as time seems to do otherwise. Plus, I would be willing to think it would be out on US DVD way before it is ever put up 'saftly' anyway on any kazzaa place or anything like that.
Anywya just saying, maybe that is best, just to sit back for a small more time til it hits the store shelves, which again is ratehr pretty soon. REALLY soon compared to all of squares other mistakes... I mean well sorry again all this 'mess' over FF7 yeah it started the whole RPG thing again in 1997 but please square let it die, the idea and charatcers are OLD....plus heck FF6 is and was better anyway. All that plus all the hype way back in Oct of 2005 when the mess hit Japan, and everyone was all ape shit over the mess.... nw sense the game mags and websites and all said all they could then and NOT next month when it truely comes out, the hype just is not there at all anymore. Heck, I would bet the DVD does not sale too well, if it is not jumped up on the advertisment---all that 'next wave FF7' mess, that Core Crisis, that Vincent Valentine game, all ppushed back NOW til Aug/Oct of 2006 so most people are thinging the DVD is a long ways off as well.
Yeah they could push it back again, but so far all the net stores and video game stores and DVD places (BestBuy Circut City) all say and claim April 25th of 2006...so pretty safe bet.

That's cool they're actually releasing it in the US. Probably a very good move for them, at least income wise. But, since they seem to be setting up to release most of the Final Fantasy related games after or around when playstation 3 might be out... They're probably either going to half-ass the translation jobs or permanently delay the releases...Comment

Yea I do agree with that... Pre-Release April 25th 2006 YEahhhhh another pre-order to make there, will be a great thing to see and have, and FF series is always going on... Kingdom Hearst 2 set to have well ofcorse more FF7 stries and stuff always.Originally posted by LiquidManZero

At least for the PS2's last hurrah, they are cutting it close however, hmmmm I do wonder if not Sony had a big 'plan' with Square anyway to have all this stuff pushed back anyway? I mean heck, back in October of 2005 the game stores were FULL of some dilutted gamers 'pre-ordering a PS3 system and these FF7 '#2 and #3 games' as well (I gotta have Crisis Core, I gotta have Vincent....) I do pre-order as well, but not a year that far in advance. So I kind of do wonder if this was all a plan of some type.
But ehh could just be the luck of life.... push backs happen, so eh well, will get it well someday, not sure this will kill the thunder of Square or PS3...as is Square has alot of plans for the PS3 anyway, nothing all that true yet, mostly still just rummors, they talk about it, but still til it is amde... but they claim a PS3 FF7 'remake'. so eh (should REMAKE FF6/FF3 but ehh just my thoughts and I am not square.)
Anyway still odd all the hype and fuss and interviews and all else is done and over, the game mags now have nothing 'new' to talk about this DVD or the games.... big mistake, all the hype was made and done in Oct to Dec when they all thought the games and DVD would hit in Jan... I guess we can say big OPPS on the game mags now----which happens these days ALOT but ehh well heh
Ay least the hype and such goes along with Kingdome Hearts 2...game talked about 'now' in game mags on the covers and all, and the game coems out this month, March, the same month listed on the game mags, now if they push that back, another game mag 'OPPS' but again they do tend to do that crap alot these days.
